1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Kynoray services, we may collect:

• Account information, including your email address, display name, profile image, and a unique Kynoray account identifier
• Authentication and security information, including sign-in method, session records, device or browser information, IP address, and security logs
• Messages and other information you voluntarily provide when contacting us
• Device or system information provided for support purposes

Individual Kynoray products may also process product-specific information. Where required, those products provide additional privacy information in the product or its store listing.

2. Google and Apple Sign-In

If you choose to sign in with Google, we receive the Google account identifier and the basic profile information you authorize Google to share, such as your email address, name, and profile image.

If you choose to sign in with Apple, we receive the Apple account identifier and the information you authorize Apple to share, which may include your name and your email address or Apple private relay address. Apple may provide your name only the first time you authorize Kynoray.

We use this information only to create, link, secure, and authenticate your Kynoray account and to provide account-related support. We do not use Google or Apple account information for advertising, sell it, or use it to train artificial intelligence models.

3. How We Use Information

We use personal information to:

• Create, maintain, and secure your Kynoray account
• Authenticate you across Kynoray products
• Respond to inquiries
• Provide technical support
• Improve product quality and reliability
• Ensure system security and compliance

4. Data Storage and Retention

Account information is retained while your Kynoray account remains active. Other information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide and secure our services, resolve support requests, meet legal obligations, and enforce agreements. Deleted information may remain temporarily in protected backups until those backups are overwritten through our normal retention cycle.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate our services, such as hosting, email delivery, and the authentication provider you choose; when required by law; or when necessary to protect users, Kynoray, or the public. Service providers are required to protect personal information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

6. Your Choices and Account Deletion

You may revoke Kynoray's access through your Google or Apple account settings. Revoking a social sign-in connection does not by itself delete your Kynoray account.

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your Kynoray account and associated personal information, please contact:

Please contact us from the email address associated with your account so we can verify the request. We delete the account and associated personal information unless retention is required by law or necessary for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.

7. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this policy as our services or legal obligations change. We will publish the revised policy on this page and update the effective date above.
